How do you feel about the current Heavy Shield rules?

The Heavy Shield rules are as follows: Anything over 26 inches wide and long is currently Heavy, a shield of this category can not be broken by Great Weapons, while using a Heavy shield the player can not run, and if they take damage to a leg they must drop to their knees unless they drop the shield.
