This faction has been fighting a guerrilla war within the Kingdom of Strifeland. Made up of sellswords, highwaymen, insurrectionists, and assassins, they have struggled to form a strong core leadership over the years. The Shadow Fangs have been riddled with internal strife and power struggles from early inception. The original Lord, Shadowfox, surrendered his control over the faction, and Norrax arose to claim power, only to have it slip between his fingers. The Shadow Fangs continued on, leaderless and in disarray, and suffered for it in morale, victories, and numbers.

After gaining a taste of power and leadership as the Champion of Clan Teisus, Sir Nate of the Widowmakers has turned his back on his clan and tribe to seize power within the Shadow Fangs. With him, he takes his squire, Midier, and their combined accumulated magical powers. A new era has begun for the Shadow Fangs, and the fear from the other factions within Strifeland is palpable in the air, and the victories have begun to flow as they ascend to major players within the kingdom.
